Shipping and Return Policies
How long does it take to design, ship, and deliver?
- Each CB Hair Unit that is not listed as "Ready to Ship" is made at the time of order.
- "Ready to Ship" CB Hair Units will be shipped within 3 business days.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your CB Hair Unit. Depending on the inventory in stock and our volume of orders, sometime our orders can be received much sooner.
- Blings Bundles and other Hair Care Products will be shipped within 3 days of order date.
- Once you have received your tracking information email, track your package at www.USPS.com.
How do I track my shipment?
Look out for an email with your tracking number. A tracking number is provided at the time of shipping. Once you have received your tracking information email, track your package at www.USPS.com. If you haven't received your tracking information after 10 business days, check your email spam folder. For additional help, Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes cannot be made to an order once your order is placed, and payment is processed.
Salon Pickup/ Drop Off
I already have hair, how do I drop it off to you so you can make my CB Hair Unit?
Request an appointment for a CB Hair Unit Consultation via Vagaro. The Design process won't start until the hair is ready and payment is complete.
When can I pick up my CB Hair Unit?
Request an appointment for a CB Hair Unit Consultation via Vagaro. At this time you can pick up or drop off your clean CB Hair Unit and or extension hair. Because the Crystal Blings Salon is an appointment only establishment, a 10min grace period will be applied to all pick up/ drop off appointments.
Will you cut, color, and/or install my CB Hair Unit the day I pick it up?
Pick up and Drop off service is for pick up and drop off ONLY. Please request your desired service appointments via Vagaro.
Return/ Exchange Policy
May I return or exchange my order?
At this time returns are not accepted. Each CB Hair Unit is made per order and is unique to each client.
How do I make an exchange?
Due to hair extensions being a hygienic product, we do not offer exchanges.
