How long does it take to design, ship, and deliver a custom CB Hair Unit?

- The wig design process doesn't start until payment is complete. 

- Allow 3-4 weeks to receive your CB Hair Unit. Depending on the custom color selected, inventory in stock, and our volume of orders, our orders can be received much sooner.

- Each CB Hair Unit that is not listed as "Ready-to-Ship" is made at the time of order.

How long does it take to ship and deliver Ready-to-Ship wigs?

Ready-to-Ship wigs will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 

How long does it take to ship and deliver Blings Bundles and hair care products?

- Blings Bundles and other hair care products will be shipped within 1-3 days of order date.

- If your order includes a custom CB Hair Unit, your Blings Bundles and other hair care products will be shipped with your CB Hair Unit.

- Pre-Order items will have a ship date announced on the product page.

How do I track my shipment?

- You will receive an email with your tracking information.

- Use your tracking information to track your package at www.USPS.com.

- If you haven't received your tracking information after 10 business days, check your email spam folder. For additional help, contact us at customerservice@crystalblingshair.com.

Can I make changes to my order and/or shipping information?

Changes to your order cannot be made once your order is placed and payment is processed.


Local Delivery

Can I pick up my order?

At this time, we do not offer a pick-up option. Please choose one of our Local Delivery (to the Los Angeles area) or shipping options.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the greater lLos Angeles Area. Between the 91fwy- 101fwy and the 405fwy- 10fwy. Any location out side of this area will qualify as a shipment order.

What if I choose local delivery, but you don't deliver to my area?

You will be contacted to adjust your shipping option. If we are unable to make the proper adjustments, your order will be cancelled and refunded with a 3% processing fee.

Return/ Exchange Policy

May I return or exchange my order?

- Due to hair extensions being a hygienic product, we do not offer refunds, returns, nor exchanges.

Here at Crystal Blings Hair, we pride ourselves on our quality product selection and our outstanding customer service. Contact us within 5 days after the delivery and we will be happy to assist you. customerservice@crystalblingshair.com

I received the wrong order, what do I do now?
